- Advertising and analytics. If we run online advertising (for example, on Google or ChatGPT), those platforms may use cookies or similar technologies to measure ad performance, such as whether a visit came from an ad or led to a quote request. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, clicks, scrolling and page navigation) so we can improve it. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies; text you type into form fields is masked and not recorded. Microsoft’s use of this data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

How we share information

We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host and form processor (Netlify), email and phone providers, and advertising and analytics providers (such as Google, OpenAI and Microsoft Clarity) as described above, and when required by law.

We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you, complete your project, and meet legal, tax, and warranty requirements. You may ask us to delete it at any time.

- You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalization through your Google or other ad platform account settings.
- Residents of Oregon, Washington, and other states may have additional rights under applicable law. We will honor valid requests as required.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
